Platinum Home Watch and Concierge

Platinum Home Watch and Concierge is a home watch service based in Nokomis, Florida, specializing in regular comprehensive home checks for second home owners and snowbirds.

The business will cover Sarasota County.  Our customers will be homeowners who own a home here, but use it seasonally, and homeowners in Sarasota County who leave to head north in the spring.  

Concierge Services include, but are not limited to, open and close homes prior to arrival and departure, stocking the fridge and clean out after departure, and key holder services for contractors.  

We also offer hurricane pre and post storm checks, as well as pet and plant care services.
