Celebrate Valentine’s Day “The Nokomis Way”

The Nokomis Area Civic Association (NACA), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, is excited to host our annual Historic Nokomis Day celebration on February 14, 2026, at Nokomis Community Park (234 Nippino Trail E., Nokomis, FL).

Each year, this cherished community tradition raises funds to provide scholarships for Sarasota County Parks & Recreation Summer Camp, ensuring local children have access to safe, enriching, and growth-focused summer experiences—regardless of financial circumstance.

Thanks to the incredible generosity of local businesses and community residents, NACA has funded scholarships for 50 children over our last two events. Our goal for 2026 is to expand this impact even further, reaching more children who need our support.

We invite you to join us in making this event a success and strengthening our shared commitment to helping every local child experience the joy and opportunity of summer camp.
