Dennis Bragg
President

Dennis Bragg is Co-Owner of Live Well Global with Partner Barb Schust, dedicated to Health-Wellness-Prosperity. They moved from Michigan in 2002 to enjoy a lifestyle of Fun-Freedom-Friends on the Gulf Coast. Dennis serves on the ONCC Board as well as Angels Thrift Board of Directors.

Dennis Turner
Vice President

Dennis is Co-Owner with wife Linda of Venice Olive Oil Company, two gourmet grocery stores featuring olive oils from around the world and balsamic vinegar from Modena, Italy. Dennis and Linda moved to the local area in 2013 after a 30 year naval career.

Peter Farley Jr
Treasurer

Pete is the Manager of the Potter Park branch for Cadence Bank. He has 25 years of banking experience and he works with local business owners to meet their banking and credit needs. He moved to the Sarasota area in 1989 and lives in Lakewood Ranch with his wife Toni of 30 years. He enjoys exercising and spending time with his wife and 2 sons.

Sandy Keith
Secretary

Sandy Keith has lived in Sarasota County since 1984 and Osprey since 1994. Sandy is the Broker/Owner of Lighthouse Realty and a Florida Community Association Manager. Sandy and her husband Lloyd are happily retired from 30 + years as owners of LPM, a local Association Management business. Sandy continues to be passionately involved in Osprey's beautification, civic affairs and clean water concerns locally. She loves biking, walking outdoors and recreating in our wonderful Gulf and Bay waters.

John Lauffer
Advisor

John is retired, relocated to Florida from Indiana 9 years ago and lives in Nokomis.  He has over 40 years experience as an accounting professional and does part time accounting for four clients. Married with three children and five grandchildren. He enjoys woodworking and bike riding on the Legacy Trail.  

Bill Cantrell

Bill has been a resident of Sarasota County since 1987 and currently resides in Nokomis with his wife Linda. He is a Realtor with Florida Home Team, LLC, representing the seller and buyer. Also, Bill is President of the Nokomis Area Civic Association (NACA), a 4 time recipient of the"Top 100" Golf Club Fitter award from Mizuno Golf Division, awarded "Citizen of the Year 2020" from Control Growth Now Organization and is a licensed FAA pilot. Bill is extremely excited to be part of the Osprey-Nokomis Chamber of Commerce, for the tremendous work it does within the local community.

Michelle Robles, Esq.

Michelle Robles, Esq. is the Founder and Attorney at Robles Law, PA, located in Palmer Ranch. She specializes in Estate Planning, Probate, Elder Law, Business Law, and Equine Law. She is licensed to practice law in both Florida and Kentucky. Michelle was selected by SuperLawyers.com as a Rising Star in 2021 and 2022! Michelle and her husband of almost 25 years, have lived in Sarasota since 2005. In addition to her work at Robles Law, Michelle is also an Adjunct Professor at State College of Florida since 2016, and will graduate in June 2023 with a Masters of Law Degree in Estate Planning from the prestigious Heckerling Graduate Program in Estate Planning at the University of Miami.

Travis Sparks
Public Relations Director

Travis Sparks serves at the Public Relations Director for ONCC. He is also the relationship developer for Southeastern Roofing and Construction. He relocated to the area from Central Indiana in 2018 to create a healthier work-life balance. In his free time, you will see him on his motorcycle exploring Central and SW Florida or out fishing the local waterways. Over the past 25 years, Travis has served on multiple committees and nonprofit boards. Travis also serves on our ONCC Foundation board as the Vice President. Malinda Olupitan

Malinda is the owner of Integrity Bookkeeping Pros and a mother to 4 Girls. Malinda is a Certified QuickBooks Online Pro Advisor with over 25 years of experience. Malinda has been a business owner in Sarasota County since 2006 along with her husband David. They have owned a number of different businesses over the years and have handled all of their own bookkeeping, as well as start-up and LLC paperwork for each one.

John Doyle

John has been a seasonal visitor to Florida for over forty years and made it his permanent home in 2023. Before relocating, he was a lifelong resident of Indianapolis, Indiana. In 2016, John retired after owning several businesses, including a company that manufactured automated self-serve kiosks for the petroleum industry. He holds a degree in aerospace technology and business from Indiana State University. John is deeply committed to community service, having served in many capacities with a special focus on helping children with various needs. He’s been an active volunteer with organizations like Kiwanis International, St. Mary’s Children’s School, the Indiana Burn Camp, Cathedral High School foundation, Visit Indy, Fishers Chamber of Commerce, From the Barrio, and the Osprey Nokomis Chamber of Commerce.

Peter Kostka

Peter Kostka currently leads business development of his family business - Fully Promoted Sarasota. This franchise is helping clients attract, retain and engage with their customers, employees and community by providing branded apparel and promotional products and services. Peter continues to maintain strong ties to the financial services industry where he previously spent more than 3 decades across 4 continents until he retired from Citigroup’s Toronto office as Managing Director – Country Treasurer in 2022. The Kostka family resides full time in Venice, with their business located in Nokomis, Florida and active engagement across Sarasota, Manatee and Charlotte counties.
